We’re excited to have Sunny Lam return to Viridian for a special guest bartending shift to commemorate Viridian’s 5th Anniversary and Lunar New Year 2025. A beloved Viridian bartender by many a Bay Area and Oakland local, Sunny’s passion for hospitality has always been evident in the genuine warmth and kindness he shows to all his guests.

Since departing Viridian for new and exciting adventures, Sunny has done pop-up cocktails for Fish Sauce Boogie at Bar Iris, seasonal shifts for the Miracle pop-up at award-winning Pacific Cocktail Haven, guest bartending to help raise funds for HAPI (Hospitality of Asians and Pacific Islanders), and so much more. You can find Sunny being his usual charming, witty, and talented self at his new bar home, the smash-hit TallBoy. We feel lucky and blessed to have had Sunny grace our presence for over two amazing years.
